“Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.” ― Thich Nhat Hanh Morning Prayer

Unleash her Set her free All this time Wanting to be Not a version of you But the best of me Letting go And starting to see The conditions The shoulds The musts The stories Adopted by me With open eyes And an open heart I start Being Loving Remembering Who I am and my part No longer will I smother Myself and my light For the Acceptance Approval Praise of another Unleash her Set her free ~channeled by Janelle~ When you are born into this world from the womb, you are in a transition of life when it is time to move on and move on out. It would only make sense this transition would continue to repeat itself in your life over and over into the transition of your physical death. As a newborn child would not remain in the womb beyond 9 months, you too should not remain in a restrictive space beyond your ripeness and readiness for new expansive spaces and places. You know when it is time. You feel it. You hear it. Every thing is telling you to move on and move on out. Yet, you stay beyond the gestation period in your life and the fruit of your life becomes rotten, rancid and overdue. What spaces in your life have you outgrown yet you continue to remain there? ~channeled by Janelle~ What is right for you for right now? This is all you need to know to move forward. Ask this question, close your eyes and listen. And remember, only you will know what is right for you. Once you hear what is right for your soul then you honor your soul and follow through. If right now it feels right to take a rest, take a rest. If right now it feels right to reach out to that person, then reach out. If it feels right for right now to stop doing something you've done for quite some time, then stop. Through this practice of asking, listening and honoring the soul's wishes, you will begin to find contentment and inner peace. ~channeled by Janelle~ And are you not sometimes like the hummingbird who circles the same flower day after day and wonders where the sweetness has gone? In the same way you approach your life and wonder where the joy has gone. In your humanness, you place a high value on routines, consistency and sameness and you think worrying is necessary when changes occur in your life. Your soul is thirsting for many unique and varied experiences in this lifetime. Take a chance, circle a few new flowers and taste the sweetness of this life. Invite in and allow the flow of life that comes with open arms. Give thanks for what we are offering you. ~channeled by Janelle~ To understand or master the self is one of the most challenging, if not elusive, paths you will take. The complexity of the human experience is a puzzle beyond your capabilities to perfectly fit together or see the entire image. It is unlikely you will ever understand it fully while in your physical form. Yet, the path to self-knowing allows the soul to experience itself which is your pursuit in physical form. ~channeled by Janelle~ The baby is wide-eyed and beautiful. Brand new and without the scarring that comes with the human condition. This soul in the body of a baby looks lovingly at us as if to ask, “teach me everything you know...teach me how to live.” Our intentions are good and we want to foster and nurture this innocent soul but along the way we teach it hate, not only for itself but for others. This is not done knowingly. At a subconscious level we have learned to hate, to judge, to distrust, to devalue ourselves and others and these little beings absorb what we have become. We must cleanse ourselves of hate, judgement and criticism and fill ourselves with love, compassion and peace. For our children will inherit who we are. ~channeled by Janelle~ |
